    During these visits, we will review your health history, birth priorities, logistics for the big day (create your ideal birth plan), pain management options, newborn procedures, and postpartum preparation. I aim to ensure you feel fully prepared.

  • 24/7 on-call availability starting at 38 weeks gestation until delivery for a single pregnancy and 37 weeks gestation for multiple pregnancies. Support via phone, email, and Zoom.

  • Continuous in-person support during active labor, incorporating both physical and emotional comfort measures throughout the entire labor and delivery process.

  • After your baby is born, I will remain at the birthing location for up to 1 hour to provide support for initiating breastfeeding and ensure that you are comfortable before my departure.

  • 1: 1 Hour postpartum visit
    During this visit, we will go over how the birth went, evaluate your current needs, and provide referrals to appropriate postpartum services as necessary.
